Online Support -

Our online support system is available either by logging a ticket at the above link, or emailing The Support Log enables iQ-Energy users to include photographs, screen shots, or error messages to help our team easily identify any issues you may be having with the software or RdSAP input.

We aim to make an initial response to your query within one business day. In some cases, this might not be possible, but we always aim to give assessors a fully response as soon as possible.

The online support system is also your best avenue for non-domestic and air-conditioning queries, as these tend to be more complex and require in-depth investigation prior to giving a response.
