In the last few weeks, we have noticed a number of bounce back emails from those assessors using Microsoft-based email addresses ending with, such as, but not limited to:

Outlook.com / Outlook.co.uk / Hotmail.com / Hotmail.co.uk / Live.com / Live.co.uk

If your email address is to one of these domains, it might be useful to add Quidos to your email Safe list; this will stop any emails sent to you from being marked as Junk/Spam, and will ensure we're able to keep in touch.
